My experience working at OpsLyft

OpsLyft, being a startup and a budding company, enables me to understand the core of product design and business. I have done everything from user research creating motion graphics for the product launch, and rigorous quality assurance exercises.

Although the entire internship is remote, I feel connected with my colleagues. I learned a lot about the various aspects of product design and crucial aspects of cloud cost optimization.

I had check-ins with my seniors, product team standups every day, and design critiques once a week. We also have brainstorming sessions, which are quite fun to be in as all of us come with many ideas ready to be refined and implemented.

Having frequent and informal check-ins not only helped me stay on track and made sure I was moving in the right direction but also made me feel less isolated and able to get to know my coworkers personally.
